Summer Body Motivation

Well it’s that time of the year again, when you can sense that summer is just around the corner and all anyone can think of is getting your “Summer Body” ready.

Of course, me being one of those people, I am starting an 8-week challenge by Jillian Perih. I started a few days after hers, but I am still going to be following it as best as I can. This will be a test of my will power.

Today is day one, and I must say, I was very pleased with myself. I made a breakfast smoothie along with prepping and making my lunch. I just hope I can keep this momentum for the next 8 weeks.

Not only will I need the momentum for food, but also for making time for my workouts. which means getting up early and hitting the gym before work – since sadly, my gym is closed by the time I get out of work.
