So it’s day four of this 8 week challenge of mine. Here are some things that I have noticed. 

What’s easy: 

  • Planning foods and recipes
  • Planning workouts & finding quick workouts in web.

What’s hard:

  • Prepping the food a week in advance. 
  • Drinking a gallon of water a day- who knew drinking water would be hard?! 
  • Getting up and working out, getting to a gym! 

So, needless to say, this challenge seems to be an actual challenge, but I have my support group who is also doing the challenge. We have a group text and use that to cheer, help & suggest things we find help us.
